One has to mistakes in order to be able to learn! If something is easy, there is rarely any significant reward! It seems people often want to do things that are easy and aren't prepared to put in the effort but being able to put in effort and take yourself out of your comfort zone is one of the greatest skills we can have! I never knew that there's this whole other aspect to real estate. I agree that being prepared is a good thing, but spotting that big deal and facing requires a whole different mindset.
