I think it depends on the type of traffic you attract. I haven’t found moderating to be a problem. You can always test it.

How do you find having the u comment i follow badge on your website? do you find it leads to more interesting debate overall? I’m thinking of trying it on a few of my blogs but I’m not sure. On one side its a good way of attracting interest for articles and increasing the content on your website but on the other you could be inundated with moderating comments.

Well, in recent days, to be in the market and be successful, creative thinking is the only way and real estate agents and investors have to work together. And I believe its possible and it has to work that way.

We haven’t had any challenges with the u comment i follow badge. I think the discussions are more content driven and moderating hasn’t become a burden.

The creative thinker is key. I know it sounds cliche, but everyone needs to win in the deal. If someone gets the short end of the stick, it will end up being bad somewhere down the road.

I can’t stand real estate investors that try to take advantage of their contacts or their customers. A good referral is worth more than a few extra bucks on a deal.

Hi Augie! Thanks for visiting me. In blogging, when someone leaves a comment that actually says something – it makes my day.

I’m not a real estate investor, but I am paying for my home. In this current economic situation, any/all major purchases are approached carefully and people don’t want to make a mistake. I understand what you mean about a creative thinker. I think a good salesperson with integrity, can find a way to sell and help people make wise decisions.

If I went to buy a car, a salesman who questioned me well, and looked to help me choose something I can afford safely, I would be more inclined to deal with them. The “buy it now” pushy salesman looking for his profit only can create mistrust.

I’m no Realtor, but an average person can teach themselves to get a wise deal, like you said. Get involved and go learn. This information can be applied to much more than just real estate.
