Be interested in seeing how the timing works out from switching focuses. There has been a lot of talk recently (though some people have been talking for years) of a commercial real estate bubble. One particular prominent figure said it has “popped” already. Others would vigorously argue otherwise.

Thanks for the excellent post. I think, when looking for someone in the legal industry and indeed real estate, experience, in particular, counts for a great deal as there are so many unexpected events that could happen that aren’t covered in text books but which experience can help someone deal with the situation.
