In terms of structuring, it is not only how you negotiate the transaction, it is how you establish ownership as well. Maximize cash flow, tax benefits, while minimizing liability and other forms of risk. A wise fellow once suggested that, “proper planning prevents poor performance,” I agree with him!

I think this a good a move in the right direction. We need to voice our opinions and concerns to our legislators. With the recent flood of people going into foreclosures there have many people posing as investors that take advantage of homeowners. I’m just a starting out in the RE investing area and have found many who are not clear on the laws and regulation regarding real estate transactions.
